Chicago, IL… State Representative Michael McAuliffe (R-Chicago)
is pleased to announce he will be hosting a community food drive for the
holidays during the month of December to fill the holiday need at the New Hope
United Methodist and Windy City Community Church Food Pantries.
“The holiday season is a great opportunity to
reach out to the community and help those who are in need enjoy the holidays,”
said State Rep. McAuliffe.
The first week of the drive will be from Sunday November
29th- Saturday December 5th at Ada’s Market, 6165 N Northwest Hwy.
The second week of the drive will be from Sunday December 6th-
Saturday December 12th at Happy Foods 6783 Northwest Highway, Edison
Park.
Monetary donations can also be made to the New
Hope and Windy City food pantries online. Monetary donations help the pantry
provide a balanced variety of food, in addition to the nonperishable food
